Welcome to PMSI
“At PMSI, our goal is to constantly exceed our customer’s expectations.”
Dedicated To Service
Process & Mechanical Systems, Inc. was founded in 1998 and is a Wisconsin corporation that specializes in representing the highest quality companies in the plumbing, hydronic and fluid handling industries through commercial, industrial, municipal, hydronic and plumbing stocking distributors. PMSI is based upon four major strengths; hard working employees, dedication, customer satisfaction and a determination to provide the best service in our industry.
PMSI was founded by William Goglia. Bill was the former President and CEO of Milwaukee Valve Company and also the Valve Group President at Crane Company. PMSI was originally founded as a home based business and in 2000 we moved to an office in Hartland, Wisconsin. In 2008, we purchased our current office and warehouse in Pewaukee. In 2014 we expanded our facility to include a full training area and office expansion.
To the manufacturers we represent, our goal is to approach the market with an aggressive and enthusiastic sales force that is professional, reliable, accountable, knowledgeable and service oriented.
In regards to the customers we serve, we strive to provide them with timely accurate information and quality products. Delivering complete customer service through all phases of the sales cycle; specification, bidding, purchasing, installation and follow-up.
In 2015, we acquired the assets of the L.D. Daniels Company, a 35 year old agency, and merged their operations into ours. The combination of our two companies has resulted in a very strong organization that enhances our dedication to customer satisfaction and service.
At PMSI we cover all pertinent markets in our industry, these include: Commercial, Hydronic, Industrial and Residential. We do this by calling on wholesalers, contractors, engineers and end users
Our goal is never to be one of the group. We always strive to exceed what our customers expect and to continually improve. Being adequate is failure…being the best is expected.
